The master suite has custom designed headboard, end tables and under bed storage. Includes a television that raises and lowers from a cabinet at the foot of the bed, custom built seating area. Large walk-in his and hers closets with built-in cabinets with glass paneled doors on the upper cabinets. The master shower is clad in granite slab and has his and hers shower stations. His and Hers vanities with Her vanity including a makeup area. Separately controlled radiant heat is installed in the bath floor.


This suite is king size and features custom designed headboard, end tables, under bed storage and a built-in television. The bath has a shower and a tub with dual sinks and a large vanity. Separately controlled heat mats are installed in the bath floor. The suite is accessed from a separate hall from the Master suite for utmost privacy for guests and lessors.

The study is furnished with a built-in wall desk and a custom, free-standing desk with accompanying laptops. There are bookshelves, a fireplace, a built-in large screen TV, a bar with stainless steel sink and a wine cabinet. Finishes are Walnut Paneling and custom metal screens and feature items.


A custom made area rug, tables and chairs take full advantage of spectacular views of the Lake, the City of Seattle and the Olympic Mountains.


The counter tops are obsidian granite, the sink has an Insta hot system, filtered water and a disposal. Sub-Zero Refrigerator is a 48" side-by-side. There is a separate ice maker, a microwave and a trash compactor. Range and oven are 36" Wolf. A Meihle coffee and latte maker are included. A large pantry is in the entry to the kitchen.


A custom table of granite and wood is 42" square for daily use and expands to seat 10 for entertaining. A television is available at the end of the dining table. Chairs have been designed for the table and are used throughout the residence when not entertaining. Built-in China storage is provided.


This room is presently an exercise area but can be designed to the lessor's specific use.


Side by side washer and dryer located under a wall-to-wall counter. A built-in ironing board and ample cabinets with a speaker for listening to selections made in the living areas.


All furniture is custom designed.


Solid Rift Oak flooring with custom area carpets in selected areas. Sleeping areas, study, and exercise room have wall-to-wall carpeting.


Designed by Terry Hunziker and custom made by Stusser Millworks. Stusser is simply unquestionably the finest in custom millwork. Doors are 8 ft and are matched to paneling, hardware and cabinetry throughout.


Blinds are on all windows and are electric with multiple stops. Blackout is provided in the Master Bedroom. The blinds drop from a custom ceiling panel. Electric operated custom drapes are used in the Guest Suite.


Lighting is low voltage throughout with the exception of the guest bedroom and closets. Daily use settings and special scenes can be tailored to the lessor's lifestyle by the lighting designer, Brian Hood. All ceilings are reflected and have recessed lighting. Art lighting showcases designer art in selected locations.

All rooms with separate controls, televisions in the kitchen, dining, study, exercise and bedroom areas. Audio equipment allows easy selection from multiple sources and allows individual room selections. A program for television art is included.


A phone system with one corded station and several wireless hand stations in various locations with WIFI access available throughout. Designed with cable TV and long distance service.


Adjacent to the living room but an entirely separate area with large screen TV and surround sound.


A private security system is located at the entry door and a large, digital safe is in the Hers master closet. FloLogic system for added water damage protection.


Multiple zones allowing cool rooms for sleeping and exercising and warm rooms for daily use. The air supply is directed to the outer walls and drops vertically for the utmost comfort.


Parking is located near the entrance and departure to the garage and is near the elevators. Parking spots 91 and 92 will be available to tenants. The storage is custom finished and larger than standard size and is the nearest storage to the garage lobby entrance.


The residence is over the Westin Hotel and has availability of Maid Service, Room Service, and Valet Parking. The Fitness Room and Swimming Pool are also both included. Access to the adjacent movie theatres, Lucky Strike Bowling Alley (coming soon) and major shopping are through the hotel and accessed from the residence elevators. A sky bridge to shopping is currently in place and another sky bridge is planned to the Hyatt and eventually the planned Bellevue Performing Arts Center. There many distinguished restaurants located within two blocks.
